CalBroadband, released by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), is a mobile app for California citizens to view broadband services in their area. The app displays advertised upload and download speeds from broadband providers offering service in the area. It also displays estimated upload and download speeds of the four major mobile providers based on the mobile broadband drive-test, which is conducted by CPUC.
